Project Overview

This project involved the delivery of a mixed-use development comprising residential apartments above ground-floor retail tenancies. Our surveying team was engaged from the earliest design stage, providing critical cadastral and feature data to support planning, construction, and subdivision.

Our Involvement

Title Re-establishment, Feature and Level Survey
We carried out an in depth Title re-establishment survey and detailed feature and level survey to accurately capture Title boundaries, subject and neighbouring site features and level information. This survey formed the basis for design work and was used in Town Planning applications to support approvals.
Building Setout
Provided precise building setout services to ensure the structural elements and walls were positioned in accordance with both title boundaries and approved architectural designs.
Subdivision of Apartments and Retail
Managed the subdivision process to create separate titles for the apartments and retail tenancies. This included preparing and lodging subdivision documentation to enable efficient settlement and ownership transfers.

Outcome

The project was delivered on time with all cadastral and construction surveying requirements successfully completed. By providing accurate survey data at every stage, we ensured the client had confidence in design approvals, on site construction accuracy in accordance with architectural drawings, and a seamless start to finish subdivision process.
