Bacchus Marsh Sport Precinct
Project Overview
The Bacchus Marsh Sports Facility is a landmark community project designed by Peddle Thorp Architecture, delivering modern recreational and sporting amenities for the region. Our surveying team played a vital role in supporting both the design and delivery phases, providing accurate and reliable survey services to ensure smooth project progression.
Our Involvement
- Title Re-establishment Survey
Conducted the initial Title Re-establishment Survey which formed the foundation of the architectural and civil design process. This ensured all boundary details were precisely established prior to commencement of design works. - Civil Construction Support
Provided surveying services throughout the civil construction phase, including the road upgrade and resurfacing works along Taverner Street, ensuring alignment and accuracy for critical infrastructure delivery. - Lease & Easement Documentation
Prepared multiple lease documents and easement creation surveys to facilitate the supply of essential services and formalise land use arrangements within the facility.
Outcome
Our involvement provided the project team with confidence in both the legal and construction accuracy of the facility. From re-establishing boundaries for compliance and the design stage to supporting civil works and preparing critical lease and easement documentation, our surveying services have contributed to the successful delivery and ongoing functionality of this important community asset.
